Director - Global Sales & Business Development - IT (12-20 yrs)
We have an opportunity for Director - Global Sales & Business Development with one of the IT/Technology Solutions in Pune.

Position: Director Global Sales & Business Development
Looking for a dynamic and experienced business development and sales leader to join them to lead large account acquisition initiatives, drive strategic account management practices and institutionalize key partnerships with a focus on the US market.
Role Description:
- Sales Strategy: Responsible for creation and execution of Sales Strategy to maximize the order bookings from the assigned Accounts / Contacts and Leads
- Plans, oversees and operationalize achievement of Softdel's rapid growth initiatives through hunting of select new opportunities in key markets.
- Account Mining: Create Account mining strategy for the assigned / acquired Accounts and ensure sustainable incremental bookings
- Build new customer, channel and partner relationships to drive incremental sales growth.
- Sales process and pipeline management
- Consultative selling /solutions selling
Education and Experience:
- B.Tech/B.E. and PG - MBA/PGDM
- 12+ years of experience in selling digital transformation consulting services and technology solutions including IoT, AI/ML, Edge and Cloud Solutions etc
- Well versed with industry standard sales and account management practices
- Miller Heiman and other equivalent trainings and certifications is desirable
- Demonstrated track record of meeting business and revenue growth goals
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Gravitas to engage with senior leaders/ clients and drive change
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to work positively with the cross functional teams involved
- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems, conflicts
- Good interpersonal skills
