Years of experience :16+ Yrs till 19 yrs

- Looking for MBB Certified process excellence leaders with exceptional re-engineering and business improvement experience aligned to Investment banking (IB) finance domain.

- Should possess predominant tenure from leading KPOs or BPOs, strong quality experience in a Global role, thorough understanding of Investment banking domain expertise.

- 75% Weightage will be given to Investment banking domain expertise and 25% towards handling global quality role.

- Should possess exceptional leadership qualities handling associate directors and General managers
