We have an opportunity for the role of Director- Global Outsourcing Services- Solutioning with a client.

Location : Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Pune

The client is one of the well known management consulting firms with global presence and pan India presence

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to potential client(s)

- Understand the requirements of the potential clients and shape compelling value propositions to meet these requirements

- Liaise with the delivery (local/global) teams to align scope, expectations and commercials

- Liaise with the enabling teams to align scope and expectations

- Respond to RFP's, including business requirement scoping, delivery time estimation, pricing and contract negotiation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling vendor strategy and negotiations

- Align solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions with all stakeholders.

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Adhere to established delivery methodology, quality standards and best practices in project management

- Develop strong customer relationships and client management techniques that help define solutions for customer needs

Education :

- ACA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, MBA - Finance

- PMP certification is a plus

Experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in multi-country taxation and accounting

- Good in consolidation and financial statements

Requirements :

- Experience in client delivery services or outsourcing proposal development and pricing skills

- Negotiation skills

- Proven ability and experience of hands on experience of working on ERP platforms / applications.

- Deep understanding of project and program management with 5-7 years of experience in a fast paced and challenging environment

- Proven experience in project management of systems implementations and integrations,

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills - written and oral

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent work ethic and drive, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated problem-solving skills

- Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices

- Knowledge of Global servicing (US, Europe, LATAM & Asia Pacific) would be an advantage
