Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the administrative affairs and operations of the organization in India. - Support in setting up business operations in India &amp; building up teams from the nascent stage. - Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. - Drive close integration with the global corporate and ensure that the India team is working according to Organization systems, processes and targets set by the global management team. - Strengthen communication and collaboration of the team internally and externally, with other stakeholders and employees across the global offices of the organization. - Manage all statutory matters pertaining to Indian business practices and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Effectively collaborate with outsourced service providers to manage the legal business matters. - Ensure timely and adequate information flow with the international stakeholders on all important business, legal and compliance matters to facilitate smooth operations. - Identify, attract, hire and grow the right talent for the organization. - Coach and develop the team with high priority on employee career development to ensure that everyone can reach their fullest potential. - Share feedback on a regular basis and drive the appraisal process to manage team performance. - Identify training needs and conduct regular development sessions with the team. - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for the Indian entity. - Plan in-house and / or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences. - Keep abreast with all organizational changes and developments to ensure effective business operations and mitigate potential risks ad adverse situations. Experience : - 15+ years of work experience with prior exposure to supervisory / team leadership positions in the field of professional services. - Should have experience in setting up teams &amp; businesses from the nascent stage. - Experience in handling Human Resources and Administrative matters of an organization; preferably with some exposure to financial budgeting, planning and reporting. - Keen understanding of the Indian business environment, best practices and local work culture is vital. - Must possess good knowledge of the Indian labour legislation matters and applicable laws and&nbsp;regulations. - Experience of operating in a multinational business environment is preferred, although more critical is the international mindset. - Demonstrable track record of building, coaching, motivating and developing a high performing team. - Graduate with MBA or equivalent preferred.
