- Donor acquisition: Own and achieve Rootbridge business goals around acquiring individual donors for client non-profits and deliver planned annual growth.
- Donor retention : Deliver annual donor retention goals for all the types of individual donations.
- Fundraising communication : Meet adequate and effective fundraising communication requirements for achieving individual giving business goals.
- People : Lead a diverse and large individual giving team, provide directional leadership.
- Strategy and plan : Lead the development of Rootbridge strategies related to donor acquisition, retention and fundraising communication, and effectively and consistently implement them with the team.
- Budget : Income and expenditure planning, meeting projected cash flow targets.
- Fundraising Management: Model effective working and delivery with technology & innovation, finance, HR and other functions within Rootbridge to develop efficient fundraising and overall business management systems.
- Strategic management: As part of the Organization, senior management team, provide strong leadership for overall organisational development; promote and model Organization's missions and values.
- Leadership: Planning, sponsoring and/ or managing major projects; outstanding collaboration skills, working across a diverse organisation; sound organisational and people management skills; effectively lead and model the promotion of social justice and rights throughout the scope of the role; consistently demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences, diversity; show commitment to equal opportunities; have an advanced understanding of management roles and dynamics in small and large organisations; strong financial management experience.
