Director - Fund Raising - NBFC

The chief responsibilities would be to:

- Lead and manage the identification and approach to Banks, PSUs, NBFCs, mutual funds, other debt investors; including identification of overseas funding sources

- Preparing reports to meet deadlines, build on relationships with existing investors, and submitting further applications for funding

- Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for debt capital

- Prepare financial models for fundraising opportunities

- Understand due diligence requests from prospective investors, research and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response

- Liaison with Wealth managers, regulators, and legal partners

- Produce detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, outlining measurable objectives, and identifying areas for growth and development

- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development

The Successful Candidate should:

- Either be a CA or MBA Finance with at least 8 years of fund raising experience with an NBFC / Fintech / Treasury

- Must be willing to work with a Fintech organisation & go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs

- Must have previous experience in fund raising on the debt side & experience in dealing with PSU banks & other FIs

- Must be well-versed with the local regulatory framework

- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and very strong interpersonal skills
