About Our Client:

Our Client is one of the fast-growing Fintech NBFCs in India, based out of Gujarat.

Job Description:

The chief responsibilities would be to:

- Manage and lead the identification and approach to Banks, PSUs, NBFCs, mutual funds, other debt investors; including identification of overseas funding sources

- Build on relationships with existing investors, preparing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding

- Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for debt capital

- Prepare financial models for fundraising opportunities

- Understand due diligence requests from prospective investors, research and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response

- Liaison with Regulators, wealth managers and legal partners

- Produced detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development and outlining measurable objectives

- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development

The Successful Candidate should:

- Either be a CA or MBA Finance from a top tier institute with at least 7 years of fund raising experience with an NBFC/Bank/FI treasury

- Must be willing to work with a startup organisation & go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs

- Must have previous experience in fund raising on the debt side & experience in dealing with PSU banks & other FIs

- Must be well-versed with the local regulatory framework

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
