Director - Founder's Office - Only MBB

- Defining, articulating and communicating the overall strategy and direction of the Company - One of the key aspects of the role is to the work with the Founders the exec leadership team in setting the direction, strategy and the execution plan

- Play a key role in building the final annual and quarterly business plan of the company and must ensure review cadence to measure goals and metrics across business, product, and revenue.

- Leverage market intelligence, product performance and growth data, customer insights and service measures to support leaders in developing long-term strategies and agile roadmaps

- Partner closely with the leadership team in setting up new initiatives across business, markets, platforms - build, operate and transfer model

- Understand key metrics and the competitive landscape through market research and data driven insights to continuously improve experience and make recommendations for next horizon business opportunities

- Deliver select strategic projects for high-priority initiatives on behalf of the Founders informed by data analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends. Projects will be across delivery, legal, finance, operations, and more. Projects could be internally and/or externally facing

- Develop growth strategies to grow the business organically and potentially through acquisitions; prepare strategic recommendations for new business pitches

- Identify the most efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth
