- The main responsibility of the Financial Reporting Head department is to produce financial statements on various entities on time, with good quality and accuracy.
- This is a leadership level role to perform oversight of the financial reporting process and drive timely and accurate closing in line with Group standards and guideline.
- Lead the various stream of Group reporting - Financial, Regulatory, liquidity and credit risk.
- Be an expert on tools and processes as per and ensure these processes are followed and documented.
- Ensure the accuracy of various financial reports through a new tool (One Finance system)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Financial reporting team across regions (APAC, EMEA, UK and NAR) as well as fast growing US Regulatory reporting team.
- Coordinate and establish governance between Platforms, Regional Finance teams and Head office (Group finance) for efficient delivery and optimal set up
- Performance review of the department (KPI's, adherence to SLA) with senior stakeholders (CFO's, CEO's and COO's)
- All aspects of people management including training, mentorship, performance evaluation, back up planning and contingency management (BCP)
