Director - Financial Planning & Analysis/Organization Transformation - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI

Responsibilities of Director FP&A and Organization Transformation:

1. Own the process for preparing financial models, including scenario planning.

2. Develop an understanding of the activities that contribute to profitability at each level and the drivers that enable the optimization of such activity, with clear line of sight to corporate profitability. Setup performance metrics to track and measure

3. Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly and annual budgets and forecasts

4. Set up dashboards for financial analysis

5. Work with the management team in the preparation of quarterly board reports

The candidate:

1. 10+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field. Experience with companies going through IPO or equivalent preferred

2. High proficiency in Excel and other analytics and visualization tools such as Hyperion, Tableau, NetSuite, or Power BI, or similar planning tools or ERP.

3. The position involves driving important insights with senior leaders and management and require strong influence management skills

4. Experience in calculating and forecasting EBITDA

5. CA or MBA Finance from ISB, IIM's, FMS, XLRI

6. Experience with a management consulting organization is preferred

7. Experience in Team organization
