Director - Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Relations - Insurance (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading the FP&A function for the company
- Developing an annual Operating plan and tracking monthly performance against the plans.
- Responsible for setting up monthly MIS for investors and timely closure of submissions, clearing queries with investor teams.
- Setting up robust Business performance management framework with a set of clear dashboards that track ongoing business, new initiatives.
- Helping evaluate new business proposals, new investments in business initiatives, working with the project sponsors, relevant CXOs in shaping the plans as they are implemented.
- Helping with adhoc and systematic investor reporting that the company has to do on a periodic basis.
- Supporting in the audit and due diligence processes of the company.
- Supporting the co-founders - CEO and COO - in their investor outreach, investor presentations.
Requirements :
- Chartered Accountant with experience in running FP&A function. MBA is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of leading a team
