At present, We are having an urgent opening for Director - Financial Planning &amp; Analysis for a reputed hospitality group for Gurgaon location. We are looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant for this position, ideally a 2006 - 2010 passout Job Purpose : 1. To own FP&amp;A guidelines &amp; standards for Multiple Geographies across the Globe 2. To work closely with FP&amp;A Head /CFO/CEO to drive performance improvement 3. To support the service organization within the BU in the FP&amp;A lifecycle Key Accountabilities : 1. Own and manage policies and guidelines for FP&amp;A and ensure alignment with guidelines / procedures laid down by Group CFO's Office 2. Initiate the budgeting process every year and ensure timely, accurate budget preparation working closely with projects teams, marketing, business development, operations, services 3. Support FP&amp;A Head in business planning and strategic decision making for new projects and major operational initiatives 4. For operations, understand the business model, and help the divisions (marketing, operations, business development) develop / refine cost and revenue drivers through benchmarking against industry best practices; lead FP&amp;A lifecycle for operations 5. Consolidate and pull together budgets in a timely and accurate manner for respective geographies 6. Pull together an integrated view of business performance vs. plan in a multi-entity, multi-location organization with Capex as well as operational spend 7. Perform deep-dive on root cause of financial performance deviation and engage with project teams and business operations on mitigation measures 8. Support the Weekly / Monthly performance reviews with CEO and senior leadership team 9.
