Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO (15-25 yrs)

Immediate hiring is on the process for Director FP&A with 15 years of experience.

Job Description : Director FP&A.

Relevant Work experience : Experience in FP&A expecially in the BPO industry, Service Industry and Non Manufacturing industry. Experience in effective business partnering.

Skills Required :


(a) Perform data analysis for understanding profitability, analyzing variances between each reporting month and provide reasons to stakeholders; Develop Business KPI/Metrics Reports on a monthly/weekly/daily basis;

(b) Ability to manage 20 to 30 people including their career progression, mentorship and providing functional and management training;

(c) Proficiency with Finance Data and Analytic systems like Adaptive. Experience with ERP systems a plus (eg. Netsuite, SAP, Oracle etc.)

(d) Analyze key business drivers and provide insights into the business and identify profit improvement opportunities;

(e) Deeply understand Finance and accounting principles and translate that to forward looking business intelligence.

(f) Assist VP of Finance in Cost and Revenue analysis of global entities;

(g) Ability to drill down to root causes of the problem and suggesting appropriate solutions;

(h) Strong knowledge in Finance Data Structures and technical aspects of systems;

(i) Assist in preparation of Annual Budgets and Forecasts;

(j) Responsible for maintaining financial accounting and operational policies relating to FP&A while ensuring internal controls are in place;

(k) Perform Ad hoc tasks as required;

(l) Continual improvement of systems, processes and reporting;

(m) Work very closely with respective Business leaders and provide them proactive suggestions regarding the respective Line of Business

(n) Support Vice President with special projects.

- 15 - 25 years of related experience.

- Ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment.

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; including strong presentation skills.

- English language proficiency.
