Director - Financial Operations - International Buy Side Firm
Our Client is a leading international buy-side firm.
The incumbent will report to the Global Head of Financial Operation to lead and manage day- to-day activities of key functions including AP, Vendor Management, AR, Travel & Entertainment, Treasury Operations, Research Services, Travel Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire AP & AR functions - administer invoices, approve expense allocations, process vendor payments, and deliver annual tax documentation to vendors, issue billing statements & invoices, record cash received, manage quarterly reporting & reconciliation
- Manage Travel & Entertainment expense matters - processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with the policy, and delivery of training & communication on related matters
- Manage the Treasury Operations & Travel Services for the organization
- Oversee the policy, processes & reporting for Vendor Engagement & Management
- Lead the agenda to transform internal platforms by collaborating with global stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Management with 8-12 years of work experience in Financial Services / Big 4 public accounting experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- A forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills & project management capabilities
- Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple priorities
