Director - Financial Due Diligence - CA - Consulting Firm

- Investigation of the target from a variety of perspectives to ensure significant value items, risks and other matters have been identified and considered by our client and assisting them in making an informed decision regarding the transaction.

- Core services include acquisition and vendor due diligence, bid support and defense and reporting accountant services for capital market transactions.

- Interpretation, evaluation and analysis of information memorandum, business plans, publicly available information on the target business-

- Production of quality deliverables (including Excel and Powerpoint documents) within agreed timescales, briefing Partner/Director/Senior Manager accordingly.

- Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flows, balance sheets, projections, and underlying assumptions

- Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations

Profile

The ideal candidate should fulfill the below requirements:

- A Chartered Accountant with a very strong academic record.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have at least 5-8 years of Transaction Services experience.

- A proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients and an ability to manage and prioritise workloads.

- Excellent technical skills, including experience MS Office and visualisation tools.
