Director - Financial Controller - Online/eCommerce (7-15 yrs)
1. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
2. Develop financial and tax strategies.
3. Understanding of statutory Requirement and timely compliance of the same. Maintaining monthly compliance calendar for coming months and sharing monthly report on all compliance activity carried out out in the month.
4. Treasury Management : Managing Cash Flow and reporting for Cash Flow projections and MIS for past Cash flow. Sharing weekly treasury report our parent company
5. Ability to interact with CFO and CEO and discuss financial issues including matter related to taxation.
6. Legal Compliance : Managing Legal compliance regarding Employees, customer, vendors or any other special transactions. Maintaining a MIS for the Legal compliance.
7. Reporting : Should be able to own the entire internal and external reporting of Financial statements and other reports as required from time to time
8. Accounts : Should be able to handle and own entire accounting and documentation process.
9. Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance or legal functions have been outsourced
10. Should also help oversee admin/HR functions with the CFO.
11. Ability to interact with vendors and negotiate better deal for the company along with executing formal agreements with vendors
12. Oversee the company's payroll processing systems and employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package
13. Shall oversee the taxation function, both direct and indirect taxation, with respect to compliance. Should be able to handle Taxation assessments and scrutiny
14. Shall oversee audit function : Should be able to handle Internal Audit, External audit and Due Diligence.
