This team focuses across- Consumer and Retail Banking LOB of the Bank with strong financial controls delivery. Key Responsibilities - Manage financial control for global legal entities across North America and Europe. - Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP &amp; regulatory requirements - Develop and maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities - Manage relationship with global Business CFO. Required Experience and Skills. - CA/ ACA with 18 + years of experience as Finance Leader with expertise in Financial Control and reporting. - 15 + years of working in global Banking captive environment - Experience in managing global team in a matrix environment. - Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder environment.
