This role will be responsible for creating the financial models and strategy for running the business. This role will roll-up under the BU (business unit) head. Finance: - Create, measure and evaluate the financial model for various product and services. - Create and measure financial growth indicators. - Budgeting and forecasting for product and services. - Business models for the business development and sales team. - Strategizing fund availability and allocation for the business. Strategy: - Evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships. - Partner with other stakeholders to close key business partnership agreements. - Evaluate and create new innovative business models to gain a competitive advantage in the market. - Create business models by collaborating with the business partners and internal stakeholders for various products and services. Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the performance of various products and services. - Business Partner Management: - Nurture and manage the relationship with strategic partners. The Successful Applicant - The preferred candidate would come with a background finance - MBA(finance)/ CA. - The candidate should have at least 12+ year of experience in financial and business modeling. - Prior experience in working in the medical device industry is a plus. - Preference will be given to candidate with prior experience of managing a large business - Exceptional analytical and presentation skills. - Preferred industries:&nbsp; - Medical Device/Insurance/FMCG - Strong presentation and communication skills
