Director - Finance - Startup - CA

About the role:

- Leading the Automation charter of the finance function as whole, which includes identifying the automation possibilities across the various processes, leading the solutioning and implementation as well

- Reviewing the monthly statutory books and financial reporting.

- Actively managing & monitoring the cash flow, investment and creating the investment policies.

- Responsible for defining, implementing and reviewing the financial controls.

- Manage the financial compliance responsibilities related to direct taxes, indirect taxes, ROC, RBI,FDI employees etc.

- Managing the Statutory audits, internal audits and due diligence.

- Oversight of the day-to-day finance function including the accounts receivables, payables, inventory etc.

Role Specification:

- CA with at least 9 years+ of experience, preferably from Start-Up

- Strong interpretation ability & promptness of response

- Coordinating with various locations/departments for collecting information and to enable smooth work

- Functional knowledge of Regulatory and Other Compliance issues / requirements for banks / NBFCs -Excellent Verbal and written communication.

- Strong Project Management and Time Management skills

- Detail oriented, output-driven and diligent individual

- Comfortable with ambiguity, unpredictable work hours and open to working in a fast paced startup environment.
