Director - Finance Shared Services - FMCG/Hospitality (10-27 yrs)
Our Client: A renowned business based in UAE is currently seeking a Director of Finance Shared Services to join their team. The organisation is currently going through a major period of transformation and are looking recruit this key position to structure and create an efficient Finance shared service function.
Your Role: This position will be working directly with the senior leadership team wherein this opportunity will give you unprecedented levels of exposure within a dynamic and fast paced working environment. You will play a critical role in structuring and creating the financial shared service function right from the scratch.
The incumbent will structure all elements of transactional finance and deliver process improvements; partner with the executive team to deliver an organizational transformation / change programme; deliver improved process workflows, procedures and management information covering all areas of the SSC; develop and implement improved financial controls and higher levels of efficiency across the Shared Service center; deliver and implement standardized working processes across the shared service function; business partner with the senior finance team to develop accounting and reporting timetables; manage a large team across the shared service center function implement improved planning, target setting and KPI's across the transactional elements of the shared service center and will take ownership for the closure of all complex reconciliations and month end intracompany accounts.
MUST HAVES -
- Minimum 10 years of experience in establishing, structuring and then successfully maintaining the finance Shared Service function.
- Change Management & Projects experience is absolute mandatory.
- Multiple Countries exposure is a must
- The ability to business partner with high level stakeholders is essential as the candidate will be liaising across the group and will work closely with the C levels.
