Director- Finance Operations

- We are currently hiring for Director Finance Operations for one of our leading client into Healthcare Information Technology.

Job Location : Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborates and partners with US functional managers and local India supervisors to identify and prioritize financial process improvements and system enhancements

- Ensures proper organizational structure, talent development and succession planning is in place to support the current and future organizational and individual talent development needs of the Fin Ops Shared Services team

- Develops, designs and produces higher level reporting and metrics to provide business insights to leaders while also utilizing Key Performance Indicators to measure the performance of the respective financial functions

- Accomplishes shared service center HR objectives by overseeing recruiting, orienting, and training employees; managing employee performance in a way that is linked to business objectives; planning and reviewing compensation strategy; and establishing a talent development strategy and plan.

- Ensures performance of the shared service center by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing current performance / quality data and trends to standards established in Service Level Agreements (SLAs); developing medium and long-term roadmaps for performance / quality improvement, and governing initiatives to ensure progress against the improvement roadmap.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in shared service center operations management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

- 15+ years of accounting/finance experience

- Experience leading shared service organizations of 75+ people SOX experience is required

- Proven track record of successfully re-engineering various financial operations

- Black belt/expert in process optimization, practicing Six Sigma/Kaizen/Bachelors

- Degree in Finance or Accounting required

- Chartered Accountant a plus

- Master's Degree a plus

- Willing to travel to US couple of times per year

- Experience working for large, complex multinational companies is ideal.
