Job Description : - Drive setting up the accounting infrastructure for new businesses along with the accounting tool design and necessary finance automations. - Partner with the Business Engagement leaders to ensure timely reporting, providing analytical insights and supporting customer relationship management. - Partner with the FP&amp;A team and drive financial reviews with functional leaders on meeting growth and Unit Economics targets - Create Control compliances framework across processes and ensuring the controls are exercised and are commensurate to the size and magnitude of the business lines. - Work on cost optimization and automation projects to create a more effective Pl. - Deliver P&amp;L and Balance sheets of business with accuracy for statutory reporting and related MIS for monthly reviews. - Set up processes in the business for good governance and necessary approval mechanism at transaction level and design level for day to day activities.
