Financial Analysis and Business partnership
Description :
- Partner with Business leaders and Management in Managing the business unit, including Business reviewes and influencing key operational and strategic decisions.
- Assists in the preparation of the monthly forecast and Monthly Business Review for all functional areas of the business and related subsidiaries.
- Participates in the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation.
- Updates cost and expense trend reports, and analyzes variations ensuring alignment with the forecast.
- Extracts financial data from various finance and information systems including Onestream and JDE as required.
- Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions. Advising on key business planning assumption and trade offs and opportunities.
- Drive support and utilize the companys financial process improvement initiatives including but not limited to Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.
- Conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance.
