Director - Finance - IT Firm - CA (14-20 yrs)
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional for our client. The organisation is an IT firm with a global footprint and has been growing steadily during the last few years and more importantly the last few months too.
KRA's
1. Shall be responsible for managing the finance and accounting function for the entity at an India level and report to the group CFO
2. Maintain oversight and drive the annual budget, forecasting and periodic review of budgets and spends
3. Contribute towards the overall financial health strategy for the organisation and liaise with the senior leadership in identifying areas of improvement and financial controls
4. Develop systems and governance to provide various reports and analysis for financial planning and management reporting
5. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting and financial reporting, in accordance with the IFRS and US GAAP requirements and compliance's
6. Manage all internal and external, audits, tax compliance and regulatory compliance's
Profile
1. Must be a certified Chartered Accountant
2. Post qualification experience of minimum of 14 years
3. Should have managed annual financial and accounting operations for multiple years at each organisation that they have been a part of
4. Should be well versed with multiple accounting and financial software's
5. It would be an added advantage if the experience includes having managed multi Geography operations directly
6. Must have deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, data visualization and MS Office
7. Should have managed a role where it required direct stake holder management and team management skills
8. Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
9. Be a solution provider and problem solver
