Director - Finance - IT Consulting Firm

One of our Gurgaon based IT Consulting client is looking for a Director - Finance.

Job Summary:

- The Director, Finance will be reporting to India CFO will be responsible for business finance function for India.He/She will be working closely with the Corporate Finance/Client Finance teams including forecasting, actuals, revenue and capacity tracking, tracking profitability, analytics, compliance, capital expenditures, trade working capital, cash flow and various adhoc projects.

- He/she will work closely with Delivery and Support leadership to help analyze, infer and support business profitable growth.

- He/she will be expected to be a proven financial leader and excited to work hands-on to provide best in class financial and commercial support.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Supervising and actively leading business partnering and drive strategies that results in the most profitable opportunities for the company, leveraging customer and product mix, pricing decisions, and value communication.

- Responsibility for financial reports, analysis, profitability, costing, pricing, budgeting, forecasting etc to achieve client, quality, and financial metrics.

- Identify and manage key operating and financial metrics / operating scorecards to drive business performance.

- Help with market benchmarking and competitive insights.

- Responsible for maintaining one version of truth coming from HFM reporting

- Responsible to provide required business information to senior management and other stakeholders

- Provide financial information for business needs, as and when required in formats defined for management discussions and decision making processes.

- Provide monthly, periodical, annual financial, MIS reports and account summaries for submission to senior management / functional heads, as per process and procedures

Experience Guidelines:

- At least 15 years of related work experience in an business finance function, preferably with consulting technology company.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Ability to understand and infer relationships between metrics and operational and financial processes

Education:

- MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant / CFA
