Position : Director, Finance Reports to : MD / Directors / CFO Location : Gurgaon Area of responsibility : - Candidate should have 5 star hotel's finance exposure. - Will include Cost control, ensuring best practices adherence, monitoring payments, debtor's management, high level of reporting to the management etc. - Finance responsibility of : 3 hotels (Noida, Indore and Nagpur). Total rooms 500+ - Upcoming Hotels: 1 in Mohali Will have full access to finance functions. Total rooms: 150+ and 2 upcoming properties- (total 250 capacities across Indore and Nagpur) Education and Experience : - Chartered Accountant/ Post Graduate in Finance. - Minimum 12 years of work experience required. Candidate Profile : - Developing and Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals. - Ensures Accounting Transactions are documented accurately. - Monitors all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued. - Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines. - Is good with concepts such as Accounts Payable, Forecast, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Balance Sheet, financial reporting and cost accounting. - Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc. - Full knowledge of legal compliances (GST, IT, Service Tax) &amp; tory compliances ( PF,ESI,Labour) - Sets aggressive goals that will drive the organization's financial performance etc.
