Director - Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

Position: Director Finance (FP&A) (Noida) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Effectively handle multiple high priority finance/ accounting projects and deliverables under tight time constraints

- Providing assistance with business planning and department budgeting

- Contributing to continuous improvement process

- Acting as leader of department during the Finance Department Leaders' absence

- Developing Team Members through coaching and mentoring

- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with all departments

- Providing Analytics solutions across the Finance function which will help provide quality information to the business leaders

- Interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships using strong interpersonal skills

- Financial planning and budgeting for our business unit reporting and key partner relationships

- Partnering closely with corporate functions including Legal and Compliance to execute key business objectives

- Managing the billing and collection process including budgeting, invoicing, payment and reconciliations

Requirements:

- CA or MBA Finance

- 15 or more years of progressive financial work experience, including prior responsibility for directing the strategic financial business planning, financial analysis/reporting for a IT service company

- Intense experience in working on various financial tools including SAP

- Possesses knowledge of department, business unit and overall business strategy to operate as a financial and operations knowledge expert

- Experienced in dealing with Senior Management via presentations and recommendations based on analysis results

- Experienced in developing new/changed processes and procedures and their implementation for a variety of finance and operational problems

- Experienced in working in a service driven, delivery environment

- Works independently with minimal management guidance

- Proven ability to manage teams, build relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, influence others, and lead initiatives

- Very strong background in controls and compliance
