This position designated as Director - Finance would in turn be a core member of the Foundation's leadership team. - The suitable candidate should possess a minimum experience of ~17+ years and would be mentored by the CEO and another member of the leadership team. - The position is responsible for the Management and implementation of Finance and Accounts strategy in alignment with the Strategic Plan of the Foundation; - Guiding/Monitoring the development and implementation of systems and processes; - Assisting in Financial Risk Management; - Ensuring adherence towards Compliance & Audit. - Further, Director - Finance shall be responsible for recruiting a finance team; - Developing the Team's capacity team along with their spikes, and forge partnerships to be able to manage a large budget of over 500 crores for the Foundation over the next 3~4 years.
