Director - Finance - Consulting Firm - CA

- Responsible for the market development, client delivery, team management, strategy, and quality of the team.

- Strategy, innovation and business support team oversight

- Build and develop strong relationships with key onshore member firm stakeholder

- Main point of contact for onshore departments involved in innovation, business support, audit quality and client delivery

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- CA qualified with 12+ years experience handling multiple finance functions

- Experience in Big4 or Consulting preferred in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international audited entities

- Strong knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP

- Proven experience in the development and implementation of strategic growth plans

- Understanding of Indian audit and tax filing procedures
