Job Description :
- As a Director in Finance, you will be responsible to take care of end to end finance responsibilities of the entity. You will be responsible to take care of month end closure, AP, AR, Statutory, Regulatory, Compliance, Audit Management, Payroll Management, FP&A, Internal Control, Risk & Governance

Description :
- You will act as a Financial Advisor to various business stakeholders (offshore & onshore).
- You will engage with them on daily basis, have an influential conversation and be a key driver in the growth of the organisation
- You will take care of statutory, regulatory, compliance for our client and make sure that all the operations are running smoothly and matching from the compliance front.
- You will engage with various officials from the Indian Government from compliance and regulation perspective
- You will take care of month end close, financial control, management reporting, regulatory reporting
- You will provide controllership on all activities of AP, AR and make sure all the accounts are audited and signed timely
- Payroll Management, FP&A, Internal Control and Risk & Governance will be other key responsibilities
- You will be responsible to lead a team of close to 15 professionals with 3 DRs
Profile :
- At least 15 years of relevant experience with CA/CPA or MBA in Finance from a renowned institute
- Based out of Bangalore
- Excellent oral and written communication in English with global financial senior leaders and local leadership team
- Demonstrated knowledge acting as a key player on the national finance team and working closely with firm leadership to develop and support new procedures and structure
- Extensive knowledge in financial systems, policies, business processes and organisational structure
- Proven ability to work directly with regional leaders to implement firm and line of Service specific financial strategies into the regions
