Director - Finance Change - Investment Bank (15-20 yrs)

Our client is a market leading Investment Bank and due to a renewed focus on re-engineering processes and systems to ensure they are world class they are currently looking for an experienced finance change professional to join team in India with strong accounting background and change management experience running global projects in regulatory and accounting policy.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- As the head of Group Finance Change team in Pune the individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the team including governance, operating model, project and program delivery, people management and new capability buildout.

- Develop and manage the Group Finance Change team, by engaging and grooming internal talent, ensuring suitable book of work assignment, hiring for new roles and filling gaps in organization structure via internal or external hiring.

- Oversee constraints and deliverables on projects, documentation by team members on business requirements and functional specifications.

- Engage with and influence stakeholders across various functions and locations to enable the implementation of various programs.

- Manage communication effectively across all stakeholders from Front office to Technology, Compliance, operations and external consultants.

To qualify for this role you will require:

- Overall 15+ years of experience in a Change function driving large impact change/transformation programs

- Experience in a CFO function preferable

- Demonstrated capability of building and growing functional teams

- Proven experience managing mid to large teams including off-site teams

- Strong senior stakeholder management experience and Strong communication ability (verbal & written).
