A qualified (CA/CPA) finance professional with 10 years of strong experience in the following areas. ( People with more than 15 years experience need not apply). 1. Responsible for DOA, SOX documentation, VAT, US GAAP and Statutory Audits. 2. Ensure timely processing of AP, Cash Application, T&E, Fixed Asset, Treasury, and other accounting activities. 3. Close coordination with the tax team on compliance efforts (including VAT) and legal entity simplification. 4. Oversee the month-end closing for region. 5. Work with FP&A to ensure accurate & consistent mapping of local ledger accounts into the reporting Tool. 6. Responsible for research and ensuring proper adoption/application of technical accounting pronouncements. 7. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives within the finance organization.
