Director - Finance - CA

The Director Finance role is based with a MNC (US Based), where the company is into the Manufacturing of Solar Microinverters & Semiconductors.

The Client has come up with it's 1st R&D Center in India which is at Bangalore.

Qualification : CA

Role Purpose :

- Director Finance role has ownership of Financial Statements (P&L, balance Sheet and cash flow statements) for a specific or a group of local market or country in Group. They are responsible for both IFRS and local statutory financial statements. A finance professional who has experience in working for Finance Shared Services for Philippines area.

- Activities to prepare financial statements are performed diligently and accurately. This includes balance Sheet reconciliation, operational control effectiveness,

- Resolution of operational issues, identification of risks and opportunities in financial statements and action plan. This role engages with

- Head of Finance Operations, Finance Decision support teams, Business controllers, Finance business partners and Finance Directors of local market to tell the story about financial performance. This role is also responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver desired result.

Desired Profile :(Overall & Relevant work experience, skills, technical/domain knowledge, Customer handling, Geographical exposure etc.) -

- Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA) with 15 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting of global organization

- Attention to results.

- Knowledge of telecom domain is desirable

- Strong communication skills - ability to tell story behind the numbers

- Lead a team of highly experienced and qualified accounting professionals

Education/ Technical/ Functional Qualifications and/or Professional Certifications :

- Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with 13-18 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting of global organization.
