Finance Director Job Duties: - Oversee, review, and assist in company-wide budgetary planning - Monitor cash flow, internal accounts, and other financial transactions - Present annual accounts to investors and also update them timely - Manages company payroll and expenses - Maintain company finances, compliance and reporting - Monitor and manage reconciliation of NBFC - Manage all vendor payments - Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation - Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed - Contact auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date - Maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants - Update and implement financial policies and procedures - Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management (Treasury Management).
