Key Responsibilities: - Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team - Providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team - Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting - Advising on long-term business and financial planning - Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders - Reviewing all formal finance related procedures - Develop financial well-being of the organization and ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations and growth plans - Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management - Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; and implementing change. - Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects;. - Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans. - Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community. - Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements. - Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Qualification: Chartered Accountant plus MBA preferred
