I am currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the role of Director F&A OPS. Mentioned below is the brief spec for the requirement

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 15 - 20 yrs

MUST haves: Qualified CA with 15 yrs exp post qualification. Insurance Domain experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Responsibilities include P&L Management, Account Management, & Process Optimization FOR F&A OPS from Insurance DOMAIN

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Strong Quality audit/ review skills especially with complex engagements.

- Good Analytical & Problem solving skills apart from an understanding of business numbers and accounting

- Critical thinking is a must

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English. Ability to speak to Senior Management team at the client side
