Job Description - The position is of a Director - Equity Settlements by virtue of which you will be managing a large team of people working with a vendor partner working in a global environment.

Client Details :

The client is a multinational investment bank and financial services company. The firm is present in investment banking, private banking and asset management businesses globally.

Description :

As a Director - Equity Settlements, you will be required to :

- Manage the day to day operational aspects of equity settlements and prime services - Manage senior stakeholder expectations within the organisation - Liaise with senior business leaders including onshore business partners

Profile :

The ideal candidate must fulfil the following requirements :

- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Equity Settlements and Prime Services - A minimum of 18 years of work experience within a global financial services firm - A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in handling end to end Equity Settlements and Prime Services - Experience of managing teams of around 70-80 employees
