Director - Equity Capital Market - Technology Sector - Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Coverage of the Indian Technology sector.

- You will be responsible for handling and leading, sourcing and execution across life cycle of any transaction. This will include restructuring, forming corporate strategy, fund raising and negotiations.

- While your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive growth in the ECM business, you will be part of the overall leadership to grow the PE, M&A and Structured Finance services business.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, promoters, private equity funds, and institutional investors.

- Identify opportunities for IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, rights issues, OFS, block trades, and convertible issuances.

- Advise clients on optimal capital raising strategies based on market conditions, valuation, and investor appetite.

- Lead the execution of ECM transactions from start to finish.
