- One Of Jobstronaut's client which happens to be B2B Industrial Ecommerce Company is hiring a Director - Enterprise Sales and Operations for their offices at Chennai/Bangalore. - We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own P&amp;L of Enterprise (South) business and lead a team of 40-50 Sales &amp; Operations personnel across locations. - The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation. - 10+ years of relevant experience in P&amp;L ownership, Enterprise Sales, Account Management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space Role Responsibilities : - Own &amp; grow the P&amp;L for Enterprise Business in South across multiple centers, with end-to-end responsibility of Sales, Account management, Operations &amp; Supply chain - Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts - Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement - Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth - Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables - Build &amp; nurture a team of 40-50 sales &amp; operations personnel across cities - 10+ years of relevant experience in P&amp;L ownership, Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space. Consultative sales experience would be preferred - Excellent communication &amp; people management skills. Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch - Should be proficient in Tamil/ Kannada. Should have worked in South India &amp; be familiar with the local ecosystem - Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry - Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets - B. Tech &amp; MBA from Tier 1 institute
