It is an excellent opportunity to play an - Entrepreneurial- role as Director Sales- Enterprise, driving the high growth hunting sales as a part of proactive sales team for Fin-Tech Solutions.

Role: Director - Enterprise Sales (Individual Contributory Role)

Reports to: Senior Vice President & Head - Enterprise Sales, India

Location: Bangalore / Noida / Mumbai

Geography: India (Regional Sales Experience Professionals can also Apply)

Preference will be given to the candidates having excellent engagement with C-Level people in Indian Market covering SME or Large Enterprise Accounts.

KRA:

- Eyeing new business opportunities and developing own pipeline for accounts with leading

- Companies across different industries.

- Identifying and communicating with CxOs and other senior executives in finance, procurement, sales and IT depts while developing strong relationships and identifying prospect needs at all decision-making levels.

- Gaining a strong understanding of the company's solutions (Fin-Tech).

- Converting client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks.

- Influencing client decisions and advocating for clients- needs to negotiate win-win solutions.

- Working closely with various functional teams including Product Development, Account Management,

- Project Management, Capital Finance, etc. to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing account growth.

- Collaborating effectively across teams to create an atmosphere of trust and open communication.

- Traveling to client meetings across India as needed.

- Experience of front line consulting/ sales roles covering CxOs of leading Indian and global companies.

- It is essential that the Director - Enterprise Sales is an extremely professional, energetic and motivated team player who demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and honesty.

- S/he must live the vision and values of company maintaining a relentless focus on professionalism and client service while continually learning and adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.

- Strong - Hunting- skills, with the focus and drive to overcome obstacles and to advance a complex sales process.

- Prior experience of negotiating large strategic sales including all phases of sales development: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and ongoing relationship management is a key requirement.

- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.

- The experience and temperament to work in a fast-paced technology start-up environment.

- Basic knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and metrics of corporate finance,

- profitability and working capital management.

- Proven relationships with customers that trust your ability to bring them products that add immediate value to their organization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
