As a Senior Member of the Edutech Company Sales Team, One will play a key role in increasing global access to a world-class education. You will help build the company's new business and partnerships, develop and execute high-level strategies aimed at sustainability, and work across the organizations in service of the organization's growth and long-term success. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Ability to drive revenues across the Enterprise Space, in the territory - Develop and execute on sales targets, hitting (and exceeding) revenue/growth goals - Strong strategic thinking skills and executive presence with customers - Ability to work across functions and build strong relationships internally - Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends and data-driven insights to consult and support prospective customers; this may include identifying opportunities for collaborations - Be the voice of Degreeds'- B2B partners, sharing customer-driven insights across Degreed, including product, engineering, business development, and legal - Monitor the competitive landscape/industry trends and identify risks to the partners/business - Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision making and product Skills & Competencies: - Ability to hold your own in meetings with C-suite representatives from prospective partners and speak as a thought-leader and visionary in this space. - A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. - Extensive knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues - Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high priority customer service, on-call environment with changing priorities. - Excellent team player - Strong conceptual and structured work style - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Self-motivated with the ability to manage to change priorities and meet deadlines. - Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours in response to the needs of the systems being supported.
