Director of Engineering-UI

Skills Required : Eye for good UX, Architecture, UI Design, MVC & Other UI design concepts.

Requirements:

- Technically hands-on, prior experience in building with large scale, front-end web applications. Candidate should be well-versed in architecture and design patterns for UI development.

- Experience in managing team of up to 30 EM/Sr. Engineers / Engineers, and coaching mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role with code development.

- Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers.

- Experience with UI technologies: AngularJS, ReactJS, CSS / HTML 5.0, Redux etc.

- Experience with high-performance backend application is a plus.

- Experience in technologies like PHP, Nodejs and Cloud technologies is a plus.

- No stack preference, prejudice or biases - Should be open to work on, explore or move to any tech stack, to begin with, or in the future.

- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Experience and ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practice.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
