The person will manage a team upwards of 100 product and technical resources and will be part of a global operating footprint. Were looking for dynamic resource capable of - - 10+ years of experience working in the technology industry - Experience in building a product engineering team from the Scratch - Well versed with software development practices. - Experience of managing a team upwards of 100+ product and technical - Experience in Operations, budgeting & headcount planning - Strong experience managing full SDLC. &amp; working in Agile or Scrum Model. - Exposure to Cloud architecture patterns &amp; best Practice preferably in AWS. - Background in data / analytics is preferred - Exposure working in a global operating environment. - Experience in SaaS based/ Analytics organisation - Experience in Analytics and/or CPG &amp; Retail
