Description :

- Lead the technical design, vision and roadmap along with implementation strategy for major systems & components- Lead and Influence the technology roadmap of larger area- Lead the architecture and technology choices for the major systems- Build and own critical parts of the services and deliver to production- Bring more innovation in the current system to bring more robustness, ease and convenience- Ability to articulate the design and code choices to cross-functional teams- Ability to mentor and guide a high performing team- Reviewing and providing feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, time & budget estimates, and test strategies- Managing projects, mitigating risks & creative problem solving- Developing and evolving engineering and business processes to optimize team efficiency- Partner with other teams for achieving common goals

Profile :

- 18+ years of overall experience in software development - 3+ years as a Lead/Chief Architect working on enterprise software - 10+ Year in Design, development and deployment of large distributed systems - Recognized subject matter expert in the domain of software design - Cost consciousness around computation and memory requirements - Great coding and design competencies setting up example for other to emulate - Strong verbal and written communication skills - PhD/MS/MTech/B.Tech in Computer Science - Strong management and leadership skills
