Job Description - We are looking for engineering leaders who are technically strong and have a passion for leading large teams and own mission critical services for clients at global level

Client Details :

Our client is one of the largest SaaS based product providers for the wellness industry. They are well funded and have been supporting their clients across 50 countries to manage every aspect of their business smoothly resulting in reduced costs and customer retention.

Description :

- Build, manage and mentor a team of world-class engineering managers, software developers, devops and quality assurance

- Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company

- Execute on the product strategy and roadmap working with the product management team

- Drive execution and delivery by collaborating with cross functional teams, architects, product owners and engineers

- Make critical decisions, innovate aggressively while managing risk and ensure the success of the product

- Manage execution of building the product, releasing it to customers, and managing the service in the cloud

Profile :

- B.Tech with 15+ years of experience in product based software companies and 5+ years of experience in building features for SaaS web applications

- Hands-on experience on Microsoft stack

- Expert understanding of software development processes and life-cycle management

- Experience in hiring, leading and managing a high - performing engineering team

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Extensive experience in designing applications to work with data and processing data at scale

- Excellent communication skills are a must

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, start-up environment
