Role : Director Engineering

Organizations Preferred:

- Technip, Samsung Engineering, Bechtel, Haldor Topsoe, Honeywell, Linde Engineering, Lummus Technologies, UDHE and Similar kind of organizations.

- What is required : Experience in OIL& GAS Projects is mandatory for this role.

- Experience in the field of Structural Engineering, covering a diverse range of projects and responsibilities.

- Project Phases: Experience across the entire project lifecycle, from FEED (Front End Engineering Design) to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and PMC (Project Management Consultancy) phases.

- Structural Expertise: Specialization in RCC and Structural Steel structures for a variety of applications, including multi-tier pipe racks, compressor houses, process structures, rail/road gantries, foundations for equipment, and special structures etc

- Software Proficiency: Familiar with various structural analysis and design software such as STAADPRO, COSMOS-M, PDS, PDMS, and X-steel.

- Responsible for supervising multiple aspects of structural engineering, including design, detail engineering, review, coordination, progress reporting, cost estimation, and man-hour estimation.

- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Involvement in inter-departmental engineering coordination and collaboration

- Quality Control: Reviewing vendors' designs, drawings, and fabrication documents demonstrates your commitment to ensuring high-quality engineering outputs

- Proposal and Tendering: Experience in preparing structural engineering inputs for proposals, feasibility studies, and detail project reports.

- Technical Expertise: Expertise in various types of structures, including heavy industrial RCC structures, blast-resistant buildings, and specialized structures.

- Field Engineering: Your involvement in field engineering activities further underscores your hands-on experience and your ability to translate design concepts into practical on-site solutions.

- Someone who has the potential to contribute significantly to complex engineering projects and take on leadership role that involve managing diverse teams and multifaceted responsibilities.
