Director - Engineering - Mobile

Our client is looking for:

- A passionate, entrepreneurial, hands-on Director of Engineering to join the Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile (both Android and iOS) engineers to drive innovation, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Our client is a mobile-first experience and Director of Engineering for Mobile team will have critical role to play.

Skills Required:- Architecture, Mobile Design, Mobile UI,MVC & Other UI design concepts.

Requirements:

- Technically hands-on, prior experience in building with large scale, mobile application - both Android and iPhone applications.

- Candidate should be well-versed in architecture and design concepts for both the mobile platforms.

- Experience in managing team of up to 30 EM/Sr. Engineers / Engineers, and coaching mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role with code development.

- Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers.

- Experience with mobile technologies: Java, Kotlin, Objective C, Swift, ReactJS, etc.

- No stack preference, prejudice or biases - Should be open to work on, explore or move to any tech stack, to begin with, or in the future.

- Experience with high-performance mobile application with great App Store rating is a plus.

- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Experience and ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practice.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
