We have an urgent opening with the leading eCommerce organization based at Gurgaon.

Director of Engineering

Position : Director of Engineering / LAMP Architect

- 8+ years of Internet engineering experience preferably with transactional customer interactions.

- Understanding and practice with agile project management methodologies

- Highly technical and capable of writing and reviewing complex PHP code

- Experience in managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution

- Strong OOPS programming experience.

- Knowledge of Php frameworks like Zend/YII.

- Very knowledgeable of database structures and systems.

- A flexible and aggressive attitude with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills is a must

- Ability to communicate effectively to senior management, peers and team members is a must

- Strong leadership skills, self starter, and can execute with minimal supervision

- Prior experience with scalable Architecture

Desired Skills & Experience

- Atleast 8 years of experience.

- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks

- Strong history managing team of architects, engineers, developers, QA, and coaching and mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role with code development .
