Director - Engineering - IT

We have an opportunity for Director - Engineering (Digital Wealth) with one of our client in Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and lead the engineering, dev ops and QA roadmap and delivery capability for Digital Wealth

- Collaborate with product management and business teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.

- Manage a growing team size of 25-50 people.

Education and Experience :

- BE with 12 to 15 years of experience in product development and delivery in BFS/Financial Products Industry.

- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems, conflicts.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and collaborate.

- Change maker.
