Profile
- 10+ years of engineering management experience, ideally with internet scalability experience
- 7+ years of experience building teams
- Degree in BTech/BE/MS in Computer Science or Engineering from Tier 1 institutes only
- Being a technology leader with an excellent background in software development, launching customer facing solutions and testing
- Be obsessed with customer satisfaction
- History of developing platforms that are scalable and high performing
- Been involved in the development of engineers to senior managers
- Are known as a problem solver and task master within your organisation
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to nurture talent
